How we save resources
Recycled energy
Hot module, economizer, condensate return, generator jacket water and an exhaust gas boiler recover heat.
Water
Rain harvesting, recycled water and steam, a 150 m3/hr water treatment plant and a 100 m3/hr effluent treatment plant.
Efficient equipment
IE3/IE4 graded motors and pumps, PLC based controls and energy saving stenter burners.
Cleaner energy
A 6 ton biomass boiler today, with scope for solar power.
